A real public support surface is part of the product from the beginning and is required for Slack Marketplace readiness.

Support Drew is available at hello@heydrew.ai. This address is the public contact path for product support, incident reports, privacy questions, and deletion requests.

  • Support covers install issues, Slack delivery problems, tenant offboarding requests, and reports of harmful, inaccurate, or surprising AI-generated output.
  • Drew aims to provide an initial support response within two business days.
  • The support path does not require creating another account or joining another service.
  • Privacy, access, transfer, and deletion requests can all start from the same public email address.
  • Slack reviewers and customers should be able to reach a real human through this path.
