Deletion
Delete Your Drew Data
Deletion and offboarding should be explicit product behavior with a public request path, not an informal side promise.
Drew is being built with a strict offboarding path. When a tenant asks to leave, the goal is a clear deletion workflow rather than an indefinite support promise.
- Tenant offboarding should remove active tenant data from Cloud SQL, workspace files, and tenant-scoped secret metadata.
- Slack app uninstall disconnects Slack delivery, but it is not the same thing as tenant deletion.
- Tenant deletion requests are expected to start from an explicit offboarding record and follow a scheduled purge flow.
- Current policy targets a 30-day grace period before destructive purge.
- Deletion work should be recorded as an attributable operator action.
- Only the minimum audit trail required for operational and legal reasons should remain after offboarding.
- Deletion, export, and privacy requests can be sent to hello@heydrew.ai.
